House update...yep didn't get this one either
So...we heard from our realtor yesterday about the house we had an offer on and they had another offer into the bank already that was higher than we were willing to pay for the house, we have started talking to some builders to see if building a house would be a better option. We are meeting with 2 builders this week so we'll see what happens.

Yeah, she's a PORKER! lol... She's great though. Her chubby cheeks make pictures soooo much more cute! So you guys might be moving a sacramento?? It's a great time. The housing market is totally crashed, so homes here are the cheapest they have been in MANY MANY MANY years, I would even venture to say decades. lol. It's been in the high 50's this week. I think our lowest HIGH for the day have been like 46 or something like that since winter began, and we've only have a LOW of like 30 at night as well, which doesn't happen too often. In other words, WAY warmer than spokane. I used to live there ya know. lol. Anyhow, keep me updated on if you're going to move. :) our ward is AWESOME! and our stake is the largest in California! :D
ps: There is always a reason things don't work out how we plan "House update...yep didn't get this one either"... Heavenly fathers plan is ALWAYS Bigger and Better than that for which we plan for ourselves! :) Hang in there...
