Utah...random pics

We went to Utah a couple weeks ago to visit family and also have family pics taken. Justin and Amber and the kids were in town from PA so we decided to head up to see them. We had a blast! I flew in Thursday afternoon, my brother Eric had won the BYU "Thursday's Hero" so he got to meet the whole football team and coaches! He was in heaven! He is seriously the BIGGEST BYU fan I have ever met! Everything he does and all his clothes are BYU. They let him into Bronco's office and got a picture of him sitting in his desk (still waiting on those pics dad :)) They tape this whole thing and play it on "Cougar Diaries" so they "mic'd" Eric up and interviewed him...he absolutley loved it!! HAHA! Then they headed down to where the team practices. The team was in a huddle and my parents, Eric and President Elmore were standing right outside the circle, they opened up the circle towards them and about 4 of the players called Eric by name and had him come into the circle. They gave him 2 hats, a couple shirts they all signed a huge Y flag and gave it to him, they also had him sign the Y flag they carry out before each game which means he is a part of the team now and invited him to come to any practice he wants! Yep he is bugging EVERYBODY to take him down everyday! HAHA! He also saw Greg Rubel? the guy who does the radio announcing for every home game, and said "What are the chances of me coming up in the booth with you?" and Greg said "Pretty good" So he gets to sit in the booth for the game against Utah state next week! He had a great time and he deserves it! He is the coolest little brother in the world and our family is so blessed to have him in our family!
Anyways before I start crying again...I am very emotional lately! Wonder why! We had a great time hanging with the whole family and seeing all the kids again!
I just entered my last trimester! And yes I am starting to notice it! I am getting sooo big! Last week I told Mikey that I was so glad my fingers hadn't swollen to the point I couldn't wear my wedding ring and what happens yesterday?? Yep my ring doesn't fit anymore :( Oh well thats why we have my extra ring.
This week has been pretty busy, Mikey is in town which means we are doing a ton of stuff around the house. We had a carpet guy come yesterday to fix our bulging carpet. We (Mikey) hung a bunch of pics, cleaned our cars, cleaned the office, I swept and vacuumed! haha! It kills me to do any more than that. Today we had a guy come give us an estimate on fencing. Holy cow!! didnt think it was going to be that expensive! WOW!
We head up for conference and my baby shower next Thursday! So excited! I will definitely have some more pictures to post.

We went to Utah last weekend and will get pics posted once I get them emailed to me, we had a blast and are excited to see everybody again in October!

It's finally a home

So we've lived in our house about a month and just BARELY got our fridge!! Holy cow! We were living out of a cooler for the past month! It looks awesome and feels great to actually buy actual food!! The one we chose of course was on backorder til yesterday, but its exactly what we wanted!
We have also started our "date night" again, last week it was my turn to plan, so I decided to make spaghetti and do FONDU!!! it was soooo yummy! This week it's Mikey's turn and I think he wants to go see "Julie and Julia"? Has anybody seen it? It looks awesome!
Anyways thats whats going on with us, oh I did have another Dr appt yesterday and things are looking great!

Washington trip

Wow! It's been a busy last couple weeks! Im just going to post a bunch of pictures in no particular order :)
Last Thursday I met Mikey up in Portland to spend some time with family, Joann picked us up and headed strait for the camp ground, there we met Lisa, James, Mady, John, Annalee, Zayne and Steve. We had a great time! We went fishing friday and only caught one fish, but it was fun anyway! Steves boat broke down in the middle of the reservoir and we had to tow him back :(
Other than that it was awesome! That night we went back to Vancouver and met up with Steve Kulin and his daughter, had some yummy pizza and went mini golfing. Saturday we were able to just relax and spend some time sitting in the sun around the pool, it felt great! That night we had a B-52 from the Burrito house!! So good! Monday we headed to the Oregon coast with Gram and Grandpa and had a great time! It was gorgeous weather! We got some awesome salt water taffy!
We headed home on Tuesday, I flew to Phoenix and Mikey ended up in Vegas. We finally got another car yesterday! It's a 2005 Toyota Sequoia, so awesome!
I had another ultrasound today, he is looking awesome! The sonographer said he has very long legs :) Imagine that! I got it recorded this time so hopefully Mikey can teach me how to put it on here for you all to see.
Well like I said it's been crazy these last 2 weeks...we are heading up to Utah September 10th to visit my family and take family pics! YAY!

Big belly

So I decided that I finally have a "preggo" belly and not the "fat" belly anymore so I can now post pictures :) This is me at 22 weeks, I am starting to get a little uncomfortable at nighttime and its getting harder for me to sit up and move around, its only going to get worse :) Bring it on! I had an appt last Thursday and heard the heart beat again and he sounds great! We could also hear him moving around in there, he is a VERY active boy! My Dr. said thats great and means he is healthy! We went to church today and had 2 people ask when I was due so I've finally made it to "preggo" belly! Anyways hope everybody is having a fabulous Sabbath day!

New house

We finally moved into our new house this last weekend! My mom, brothers and sister came down to Vegas last Friday night. We went out to a fantastic Mexican restaurant and took them on a tour of our HUGE casita :) Saturday morning we woke up early and started loading the truck. Luckily Vegas was going through a cold spell and it was only about 89 degrees at 7:00 am. Funny story...I had to use the ladies room (imagine that) so I drove my car down to the storage office and parked right outside the gate, well they were closed until about 9:00 so I go back to get into the gate and it LOCKED! Our storage unit was at the very end and so of course nobody could hear me! I kept turning the panic alarm on and still nothing. So I knew I either had to wait til the office opened or til somebody went through the gate. I think I was out there for about 20 minutes...while all these scary people were walking by (this was in North Las Vegas by the way) Finally somebody pulled up on the other entrance, so I ran over there :) HAHA can you all see that? classic! I started explaining my story to him and then he all of a sudden said "uh Spanish?" So I just said sorry and ran inside :) I wasnt too happy!

Anyways we got everything packed and started on our way to Prescott Valley. Mikey decided to take off a little before us because he knew the truck only went 70 mph and about 35 mph up hills. He also had to go around the Hoover dam, so anyways Mikey got here like an hour and a half before us so he decided to start unloading...such a man :) We got there around the same time David got there with our new washer and dryer!! YAY!! They are so awesome! We got things all unloaded and here came the fun part! UNPACKING! AAHH!! I forgot how much crap we had.
We took my family to the Diamondbacks game down in Phoenix and had a great time! I had an ultrasound today and got to see our little guy again, I'll post pics once I get them scanned onto the computer.
